I’m sure you’ve seen this list before. But, even if you haven’t, I’m pleased to share it with you. I didn’t make it, but I love the gentle reminder to enjoy life in small doses. It’s so easy to become overwhelmed with our daily lives. It’s little pinpricks like these that remind us to slow down.

  4. Create your own coffee break
  5. Give thanks
  6. Pet a furry creature
  7. Move twice as slowly
  8. Light a candle
  9. Listen to music
